About me
Thank you for visiting my profile and your interest in me. I have been aware of my sensitivity to others' states of mind, emotions, pain for some 20 years. I have always been highly intuitive and learned in more recent years to allow this to flow and guide me. I am new to Mediumchat and look forward to sharing my experience, knowledge and guidance with you. Over the last 3 years I have provided trauma awareness workshops, advised on grounding, self-awareness, response management, growth mindset and nutritional awareness workshops (nutritional awareness meaning the effects of foods on our system).
